1. Use a measuring tape or adhesive tape + ruler. hold the tape horizontally across the widest part of your natural nail
2. Mark each side of the nail at the widest points
3. Remove the tape and note measurement in millimeters 

PREPARATION

1. Remove any nail polish and trim down natural nails.
2. Wash hands thoroughly with soap.
3. Buff the nails gently using the nail file and push back cuticles with the wooden stick
4. Wipe each nail using the alcohol wipe provided

STICKY TAB APPLICATION (last 1-3 days, easy removal)

1. Apply the sticky tabs to your natural nails
2. Press and smooth out the edges, then peel off the film
3. Align the press on nails with the cuticle and press down firmly
4. Avoid washing your hands for the first few hours

GLUE APPLICATION (last 1-2 weeks)

1. Apply an even layer of glue to the natural nails and the back of press on nails
2. Align with cuticle line and apply at a downward angle, then press down firmly for 10-20 seconds
3. Wipe off any excess glue immediately
