At Belle Lae, we prioritize the health and safety of our customers. Due to sanitary reasons, WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES on any of our products, except in cases of faulty or damaged items.
FAULTY PROUCTS
If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. To initiate the return process, please provide detailed information about the issue along with supporting photographs, if applicable. Upon verification of the fault or damage, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
As all our press-on nails are handmade, each item may have slight variations. For non-quality issues such as discrepancies, color variations, or individual craftsmanship flaws, we currently do not offer returns or exchange.
We encourage you to carefully review the product images, descriptions and size guide to ensure that your expectations align with the actual product before making a purchase.
TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN:
Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it and, if the fault is confirmed, we will offer you a replacement or a refund, depending on your preference.
REFUNDS
Refunds will be processed within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@bellelae.com.
